Connect your existing PBX or VOIP infrastructure via SIP trunks.

For businesses that already have a PBX or VOIP infrastructure, the platform can integrate via SIP trunks or direct connections.

Share your SIP credentials

Provide the SIP server address, username and password. The platform configures the trunk internally.

Configure routing

For incoming calls: Point your carrier's SIP URI to the platform's unique SIP address. For authentication: choose IP whitelist or username/password.

Advanced use cases

Business hours → your human agents manage calls. Out of hours → routing to the AI agent via SIP. The telecom operators of your PBX remain active at the same time.

SIP integration may require opening firewall ports or whitelisting IP addresses. The operator costs of your PBX remain your responsibility in addition to the AI bridge costs.
