VOCALIS AI is the commercial brand operated by VAULT 369 LTD for the marketing of artificial intelligence voice agents, telephone automation solutions and associated SaaS services.
Pursuant to article 293 B of the General Tax Code (CGI), VAULT 369 LTD benefits from the French VAT exemption regime for its activities carried out in France. VAT is not applicable on the services invoiced. Different rules may apply depending on the country of residence of the professional client.

All content on the vocalis.pro site — including, without limitation, text, images, graphics, logos, icons, animations, sounds, scripts, source code and databases — is the exclusive property of VAULT 369 LTD or its partners, and is protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property rights laws applicable in the United Kingdom and in the countries where VOCALIS AI operates.
Any reproduction, representation, modification or publication, total or partial, of any of the elements of the site is strictly prohibited without the prior written authorization of VAULT 369 LTD. Any violation may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

6. General conditions of sale (CGV)
Purpose & scope
These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between VAULT 369 LTD (“Service Provider”) and any professional client (“Client”) for VOCALIS AI services. VOCALIS AI is a service exclusively B2B — these General Terms and Conditions do not apply to consumers.
Quote & order
All orders are subject to a personalized quote, accepted by signature or electronically. No public conditions are displayed; conditions are determined based on call volume, number of agents and required integrations.
Payment
- Payment by transfer, card or SEPA direct debit according to the agreement
- Monthly or quarterly billing
- In the event of delay: penalties at the rate of 3× the legal rate + fixed compensation of a private amount (art. D. 441-5 C. com.)
Duration & termination
Minimum commitment 3 months, renewable by tacit agreement. Termination in writing with 30 days notice before expiry.
Responsibility
The liability of VAULT 369 LTD is limited to the sums collected during the last 3 months. Indirect damage (loss of turnover, loss of data, damage to image) is excluded.
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-3 C. conso., the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts concluded between professionals within the framework of their main activity.
Force majeure
VAULT 369 LTD cannot be held responsible for non-performance due to a force majeure event (natural disaster, operator network failure, major cyber incident).
7. Applicable law & disputes
These legal notices and General Conditions of Sale are governed by English law for relations with British entities, and by French law for contracts concluded with customers established in France, to the extent that French public order rules apply.
In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution within 30 days. Failing this, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of Paris (French customers) or London (other disputes).
