Solutions to common problems
Make sure you're using a GoHighLevel subaccount API key, not an agency key. Required permissions include: contact management, calendars and conversations. Reconnect the integration from Tools → Integrations → GoHighLevel.
Check your post-call automation workflow and that the GHL contact create/update action is properly configured. Make sure that the required fields (name or phone) are collected by the agent during the call.
Verify that the calendar selected in the configuration corresponds to the correct GHL calendar. Test by creating an appointment manually from GHL to confirm that your calendar is correctly configured.
