Verify that your Cal.com or Calendly account is properly connected and that the API key is still valid. Ensure that slots are available in your calendar. Specify the condition for triggering appointment booking in your prompt.

Appointments are not saved in the calendar

Check the permissions granted during the OAuth connection. Test creating an appointment manually from the Cal.com or Calendly interface to confirm that your account is working. Regenerate the connection from Tools → Integrations if necessary.

Appointment confirmations are not being sent

Email/SMS confirmation settings are managed by Cal.com or Calendly. Check your calendar account's notification settings. Ensure the contact's email address is collected by the agent and transmitted during the booking process.
