Filler Audio refers to the transition sounds that the AI ​​agent can emit during short processing moments (response generation by the LLM), in order to avoid awkward silences.

Why is this important?

A silence lasting more than 1.5 seconds during a phone call creates the impression of a dropped call or a glitch. Voice fillers ("Let's see...", "Of course...") make the conversation sound more natural and reduce premature hang-ups.
