Configure retention

From Settings → Data Retention , you can adjust retention periods according to your legal obligations (GDPR for Europe) or your internal needs.

GDPR Compliance: If you process data of European residents, inform your contacts that calls are being recorded. Configure retention periods consistent with your data protection policy.
