Policy for retaining transcripts, recordings and call logs.
The platform stores the data generated by your calls (transcripts, recordings, logs) according to a configurable retention policy, in compliance with current regulations.

Configure retention
From Settings → Data Retention , you can adjust retention periods according to your legal obligations (GDPR for Europe) or your internal needs.
GDPR Compliance: If you process data of European residents, inform your contacts that calls are being recorded. Configure retention periods consistent with your data protection policy.
