| AI Agent / Assistant | The configurable voice bot that interacts with your customers. Each assistant has its own prompt, voice, and tools. |
| Prompt system | The instruction text that defines the behavior, personality, and rules of your AI agent. |
| Campaign | A group of scheduled outbound calls to a list of leads, with an assistant and defined parameters. |
| Lead | A target contact — phone number and associated data — imported or created in the platform. |
| Inbound call | A call initiated by the customer who dials your number. The agent answers automatically. |
| Outbound call | A call initiated by the platform to a contact, as part of a campaign or a one-off action. |
| Pipeline Mode | 3-step speech processing mode: transcription → LLM → speech synthesis. High flexibility. |
| Speech-to-Speech | Direct mode: AI listens and responds verbally without using text. Ultra-low latency. |
| Dualplex | Hybrid mode: fast multimodal processing + ElevenLabs speech rendering. Recommended by default. |
| Call transfer | A feature that allows the agent to transfer the caller to a human or another number. |
| Webhook | URL configured to receive real-time data at each event (end of call, lead update, etc.). |
| SIP / SIP Trunk | IP telephony protocol allowing integration of your existing VoIP infrastructure with the platform. |
