SMS Use Case
Sending an appointment confirmation after a call, a follow-up SMS if the call went to voicemail, and a reminder link or follow-up document. SMS messages are triggered from post-call automation workflows.
SMS billing is separate from call minutes. Each SMS sent or received is charged at a fixed rate per message, which varies depending on the destination country.
