Information available
| Information | Description |

| Transcript | Complete history of exchanges between the interlocutor and the agent. |
| Phone number | Available for WhatsApp conversations. |
| Messaging window | For WhatsApp, it indicates whether free-form replies are available or if only templates are allowed. |

Deleting a conversation is permanent and irreversible. Export important data before deleting.
