🎯 Mission

As a Business Developer at VOCALIS AI, you are the engine of pipeline growth. You identify target accounts (SMEs/mid-market companies with 50-500 employees in finance, insurance, healthcare, legal), you prospect across multiple channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email), and you generate qualified meetings for our AI Sales Reps. Your direct impact: enterprise pipeline generated each quarter.

⚡ Your days

  • Significant volume of outbound calls/day to priority accounts
  • Personalized LinkedIn prospecting (Sales Navigator)
  • BANT qualification in 15-minute discovery call
  • Handoff of hot leads to AI Sales Rep via CRM
  • Competitive monitoring (Vapi, Retell, Bland, Synthflow)
  • Weekly KPI reporting: calls, connect rate, meetings, show rate

✅ Must-have profile

  • 2+ years SDR/BDR B2B SaaS experience (AI, cloud infrastructure, vertical SaaS)

First human point of contact between inbound/outbound leads and sales team. Mission: quickly qualify each lead (demo request, download, webinar) and book qualified meetings. You filter, eliminate noise, and deliver to sales only prospects ready to buy.

You own the complete sales cycle for SME and mid-market accounts. From demo to signature, you convert qualified meetings provided by BDRs/Setters into recurring customers. Objective: consistent closing with high pipeline-to-close conversion rates.

  • 4-6 personalized demos per day with industry-specific scenarios
  • Build proposals with ROI calculator and live voice demo scenarios

Senior deal closer on strategic enterprise deals (long sales cycles, high ACVs). You work on top-tier accounts (CAC40, SBF120, Fortune 500 EMEA). Objective: a few high-impact deals per year with significant ARR and participation in the executive committee.

  • Orchestrate multi-stakeholder sales cycles (CIO/CPO/CISO/Procurement/Legal)
