A campaign is a set of automated outbound calls, organized around an AI assistant, a list of leads and triggering rules.
| Setting | Description |

| Restart until the goal | Continue calling until the objective variable is marked as true (e.g., appointment booked). |
| Follow-up via messaging | Automatically calls back if the first call goes to voicemail — waits for a real human response. |
| Target variable | Custom field that must be validated to consider a lead as "processed". |
| Ringing delay | Time before marking a call as unanswered. Reduce to avoid voicemail, increase for contacts who are slow to respond. |
| Emergency contacts | Alternative numbers per lead. If the primary contact does not answer, the platform automatically tries the next ones. |
